From Mentorship to a Movement for Product Builders
Product Growth School started with a simple intention: to help people navigate and accelerate their Product Management journey.
Our journey began with one-on-one mentorship sessions, where we spent time understanding the challenges aspiring and emerging product professionals were facing — helping them find direction, build the right skills, and make more confident career decisions.
As we worked with more learners, we started seeing a common pattern. Many people were learning Product Management from different courses, videos, frameworks, and resources, yet they were still struggling with the same fundamental questions:
- ✦How do I actually become a Product Manager?
- ✦How do I apply what I learn to real-world problems?
- ✦How do I build the right skills, portfolio, and confidence?
- ✦How do I navigate my career in an increasingly AI-driven world?
We realized that Product Management cannot be learned by simply consuming content. It needs mentorship, practical learning, real-world exposure, and a community that grows together.
That's when we decided to take our mentorship experience beyond one-on-one sessions and build a cohort-based learning experience. We brought learners together, created a space for discussions and collaboration, introduced practical projects and mentorship, and focused on making learning more hands-on and relevant to the real world.
The response was incredibly positive. The questions, feedback, participation, and experiences of our learners gave us the confidence to think bigger. We realized that this could become much more than a cohort. It could become a platform. And that's how Product Growth School (PGS) began.
Today, PGS is being built with a bigger vision — to create a learning ecosystem where aspiring and emerging product professionals can learn from experienced practitioners, build real-world skills, leverage AI, receive meaningful mentorship, and accelerate their careers.
Our core focus is AI Product Management, because we believe the future belongs to product professionals who don't just understand AI, but know how to build, manage, and grow AI-powered products.
But PGS is more than courses and cohorts. It's a community of people who want to build better products, grow faster, and create meaningful impact. We started by helping people one-on-one. We grew by bringing learners together. And now, we're building a platform that can help thousands of learners turn their product ambitions into real capabilities.
